Bollini Pinot Grigio Vigna Trasassi

Straw yellow in color, this wine is intense on the nose with persistent hints of fresh fruit and spring flowers. The palate shows fine acidity and balance.

Vigna Trasassi takes its name from the Italian vigna tra sassi, meaning vineyard among stones—referring to the vineyard’s extraordinary terrain. There, rocks reflect the sunshine during the day and radiate accumulated warmth during the night, leading to fully ripe grapes with pronounced aromas and concentration. Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and pressed whole. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, and the wine matures on the lees before bottling.
