Cavit Moscato 750ml

Cavit Moscato

Cavit Moscato With notes of apricot, white peach and sage, a wonderful sweetness, and its vibrant and refreshing quality, it's no wonder America loves Cavit Moscato.

Color - Pale yellow with green highlightsBouquet - Notes of apricot, white peach and sageTaste - Refreshing, lively and superbly balanced, with a vibrant frizzante quality and wonderful sweetness.

Cavit Moscato grapes are harvested along the right bank of the Po river in southwestern Lombardy in the province of Pavia, Italy. Here the landscape of steeply rolling hills comprises limestone and clay-based soil, well-suited to the cultivation of vines.

Cavit Moscato benefits from cold fermentation, including brief skin contact, and is refined in stainless steel tanks, with early bottling to maintain its naturally fresh bouquet.

100% Moscato

Enjoy with flavorful appetizers, cheeses and spicy dishes. Wonderful with fruit and chocolate.

I have been purchasing Cavit Moscato for the past year clearly labeled 2008 or 2010 vintage with the 2008 preferred.
