(85% Prugnolo Gentile/10% Canaiolo Nero/5% Mammolo). Sourced from the Le Capezzine and the I Poggetti Estate, from vines that are 10 - 35 years old. The hand-picked grapes were macerated on its skins for 20-25 days in stainless steel tanks and aged for18 months in oak barrels (50% Slavonian and 50% in neutral French barriques.)
