The “Cuvée Saint-Esprit” shows off the strength and pepperness of the Syrah grape. The colour is deepgarnet red and has intense red berry aromas. It is an exceptional full-bodied wine with fine tannins.
The Côtes-du-Rhône is made with whole grape clusters that are vinified with traditional methods. Thecrop is totally de-stemmed and the grapes are placed in a vat where they are gently pressed and pumpedover every two days. The juice is then fermented for three weeks in open stainless steel tanks. The tanksare thermo-controlled between 64°F and 82°F.
