Rue-flavored grappa made by the infusion of Aquavite di Vinaccia Bianca with the branches of the rue (in Italian: ruta) plant grown around Lake Garda. Legend states that rue is appreciated for its aphrodisiacal properties.

The grappa is thereafter transferred to the post-modern plant in Bassano del Grappa where it is brought to its final stage (alcoholic reduction to 43% and cold filtration) and bottled.
