Wine Maker Notes
Hand picked at the peak of ripeness, this wine is given small lot treatment – fermented in five and ten ton tanks and pumped over several times a day. After pressing, the wine rested a month in seasoned French oak barrels, and was then transferred to 100% new French oak barrels – from the Nevers forest – where it aged for 2 years.
