Technical Notes Hand-picked fruit from Ponzi’s Madrona, Aurora, Linda Vista, Gemini, Alloro, Lazy River, Gran Moraine, Wahle, Sunset Viewand Briscoe vineyards was sorted, destemmed and fermented in small lots with five days of cold soaking to increase aromaand color. The must was manually punched down twice a day for 12-20 days and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels(30% new).
