Complex black cherrymineral aromas, spicy and succulent on the palate, the wine shows perfect balance.
Each variety is vinified separately. The grapes undergoes 10-15 days maceration followed byfermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Racked every three months, the wine is aged on itslees with for 12 months in French (95%) and American (5%) oak barrels, of which half are newand half are one year old. The wines are not clarified or cold stabilized.
