Technical Notes Produced from the highest quality Sangiovese (90%) blended with other red grapes (10%). As the Sangiovese beganfermenting, the must was bled off the skins. It was then cold fermented without the skins, 40% went through malolactic.12 hours of skin contact produced a deeply colored rose.
