Deep strawyellow with gold and green highlights. An elegant bouquet of acacia flowers and grapefruit with sweet undertones. Goodstructure and a silky texture that coats the palate.
The grapes are hand picked, destemmed, cold macerated and fermented in large oak barrels. Aged for 12 months on its lees and 12 months in bottle before release. 40% Pinot Bianco, 35% Tocai Friulano, 15% Sauvignon and 10% Ribolla Gallia.
