Made from grapes grown in the cool, coastal region of Monterey. The wine is barrel-fermented in small, French oak barrels and aged sur lie for 12 months.
The wine has a crisp acidity and intense tropical fruit, hallmarks of the region from which it is grown. Clean toasty notes of oak and vanilla lead to a lively finish. Serve chilled with a variety of seafood, poultry and veal.
