"Fior di Moscato" is a slightly sweet wine from the Russian River Valley. Deep golden in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of pear, peach blossom and bubblegum, followed by a richly layered and delicious palate of lychee, vanilla and cream. Perfectly balanced acidity makes this a delicious wine as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dessert.
When the hand-harvested grapes arrived at the winery, the two lots were gently whole cluster pressed and then moved directly to stainless steel tanks and cold settled for two days prior to cold fermentation. The cold fermentation helps preserve the fresh fruit character of the wine. Developed in 100% stainless steel, the resulting wine boasts bright flavors and crisp acidity.
