Prosecco Spumante is pale yellow in colour with a greenish shade; it has a fresh and intense floral aroma. To the taste, it reveals strong hints of peach and apricot.

Prosecco Spumante is pale yellow in colour with a greenish shade; it has a fresh and intense floral aroma. To the taste, it reveals strong hints of peach and apricot.

This excellent sparkling wine is made with Proseccograpes, cultivated with the espalier training system in theEastern area of Veneto region that is called “altotrevigiano” (from the city Treviso). Prosecco Spumanteundergoes the traditional vinification method consisting ina first fermentation during the harvest period and in asecond one in autoclave. Thanks to the latter, the mustacquires Prosecco Spumante typical froth, after its 30 days’ permanence on fine lees. Both fermentations are performed at a careful temperature control, 15/16 °C maximum.

Ideal as an aperitif, perfect served with cold starters andfish courses.The ideal serving temperature is 9-11 °C.
