Era is a blend of fruit from six award winning and historical vineyards in Napa Valley. Beckstoffer To Kalon’s sandy soil of the valley floor allows for deep roots which adds to the intensity. Era’s complexity comes from the rocky, volcanic and high elevation terroir at Stagecoach. The high altitude of Newton Vineyard on Spring Mountain produces concentration and balance in the fruit. And the last three vineyards produce a cooler climate Cabernet Sauvignon which has a very distinct profile and brings finesse and elegance to the blend. Alpha Omega’s unique style of blending Bordeaux varietals allows this wine to represent the perfect balance between depth, intensity and elegance. Era is naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered and can be enjoyed today, as well as over the next twenty years as it ages gracefully.
