Intense aromas, with hints of ripe plums, cherries andred berries. Soft and silky finish.
The grapes come from Valentin Bianchi's Dona Elsa vineyard, planted on sandy calcareous and alluvial soil at anelevation of 2,493 feet. The hand-picked grapes were fermented in stainless steel with periodic pumpovers. Agedten months in new French (80%) and American (20%) oak.
