Red meats, pastas prepared in rich sauces; hearty vegetarian entrees.

Grapes are harvested by hand during the first couple of weeks in October. The two varieties are then combined, after which they undergo a 12- to 14-day cool fermentation on the skins, to enhance extraction of color and flavor. Is this the same wine previously served at Olive Gardens exclusively?
I hated to see them discontinue that Principato red wine. I have been looking for any outlet selling it here in the U.S. The bottle is different! Is it the same wine??
