Dark purple in color. Aromas of black cherry, raspberry, vanilla and cedar while displaying immense concentration andsupple texture.
Sourced from 3 hillside blocks at an average elevation of 1,000 feet. Eight day cold soak. Cold soaked for 8 days with 12 to 14day fermentation. Aged 24 months in French oak (50% new). Racked 3 times in the first year and 2 times in the second year ofaging.
