Our Director of Winemaking Gary Sitton’s deep appreciation of the art and science of agriculture can be traced back to growing up on his father’s pistachio farm. Earning an M.S. in Food Science: Enology and Viticulture from UC Davis, Gary has spent his entire winemaking career in Sonoma County and takes great pride in capturing the essence of the region in every wine he creates.
We farm almost 800 acres in the vibrantly diverse wine regions of Sonoma County and Coastal California, working closely with trusted local growers to build long-lasting relationships. By sharing our decades of boutique winemaking knowledge, technology and resources with each of these growers, we ensure the integrity and effortless sophistication of every wine we create.
