Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling Dry 2010 750ml

Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling Dry

The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a dry, crisp, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful forward fruit flavors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It offers brisk, cooler climate Riesling character of white peach and mandarin oranges with a clean finish.

Kudos to Ste. Michelle for accurately labeling this wine, and also for the Riesling sweetness scale on the back of all their Rieslings. Firm Yakima Valley fruits is the backbone here, tart and spicy, with bright flavors of pear and apple. A juicy, palate-cleansing style. 91 Points Best Buy Wine Enthusiast

This wine opens with a very appealing ripe peach like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is dry, crisp, clean, and has minerally lime like flavors. The finish is dry, slightly tingly, and prolonged. This wine would pair nicely with swordfish.
