Balblair Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky is only offered from specifically chosen vintages based on the excellent quality of that year's production...and so named. Currently there is the Balblair 1975, 1989 and1997 available -- each whispers of vanilla notes, rich fruit, spicy notes, and a creamy, smooth finish. The 1997 sells for around $45 and prices go up from there.
