Wine Maker Notes Part of the wine was barrel-fermented in French oak barriques, with the balance in stainless steel. The wine was matured in oak barriques and in tank on light yeast lees for eleven months in order to preserve the naturally exuberant fruit flavors while allowing for additional complexity.
