Wine Maker Notes
After harvesting the grapes, we gently press the whole clusters to retain maximum bright fruit expression in the wine. The juice is cold fermented and then aged on yeast in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to integrate the flavors. To retain the wine's fresh, crisp and aromatic character, we do not encourage malolactic fermentation.
Haliling from the Tre_Venezie region which is made up of Veneto, Friuli and Trentino, this is an original blend of two of Italy's most recognized varietals. From hill side vineyards, with a climate known for cool nights and warm days, we meticulously select premium grapes from each region that represent the true characteristics of these North-Eastern regions of Italy, giving us a bright straw colored wine, Which possesses delicate tropical fruit aromas and a crisp persistent finish.
