Vanilla, apple and spice on the nose and palate, with the addition of coconut and cloves. Rich and silky mouthfeel with a bright, refreshing finish.
The grapes come from Valentin Bianchi’s Dona Elsa and Las Paredes vineyard, planted on sandy calcareous and alluvial soil at an elevation of 2,395-2,493 feet. The hand-picked grapes were whole cluster pressed - 50% fermentation in stainless steel and 50% in barrel with 25% malolactic. Aged eight months on its lees in new and neutral French oak.
