Jim Beam Devil's Cut, an extraordinary new bourbon experience, a proprietary process was developed that actually pulls the rich whiskey trapped inside the barrels' wood after they're emptied. They hold this barrel-treated extract until it develops the proper balance of bourbon notes, then blend it with 6 year old bourbon and bottle at 90 proof. The result: a robust, premium bourbon with deep color, aroma and character.

(Great Value,Tried & True Award)- Smells grainy, sweet, woody and a bit like root beer. In the mouth there’s sweet oak, cinnamon, root beer and vanilla. The woodiness follows through on the finish as well.

Notes on the Jim Beam Bourbon Devil's Cut 90@ 1.00L

Technical Notes American as apple pie and a testament to quality, tradition and passion, Jim Beam is the best-selling brand of bourbon in the world. Seven generations of craftsmanship go into every bottle, along with corn, rye, barley malt, water, time and pride.

Jim Beam is the flagship product of the Jim Beamdistillery, founded in 1795, and family operated for seven generations. It was given the name "Jim Beam" in 1933 after Colonel James B. Beam, who rebuilt the business following Prohibition. When you take a sip, you're savoring a bourbon that has been produced essentially the same way by the same family for more than 200 years. Isn't it good to know some things never go out of style?
