Wine Maker Notes
Bright, floral aromas from our second vintage of Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc have layers of lemon, orange blossom, banana, and a hint of jasmine. A calcareous minerality from the Paso soils and stainless steel fermentation hovers in the background. The aroma lines up with the flavors on the palate—lots of lemon zest, juicy lime, and pomelo, with a clean, grassy undertone. Medium-bodied with a zippy, athletic acidity, this wine’s youthful disposition has a freshness like a coastal breeze, and is perfect for the summer season.
