Alexander Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Cabernet Sauvignon shows off ripe blackberry and blueberry fruit notes along with hints of earth, spice and nuances of fresh herbs. Alexander Cab is full bodied with good flavor and satisfying finish. While ready to enjoy, Alexander Cabernet ages well over six to eight years from the harvest. Alexander Cabernet is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon just waiting to be enjoyed along with a good grilled steak, a hearty stew, a flavorful pasta or with a host of other possibilities limited only by your imagination.

Alexander winery was founded by winemaker Yoram Shalom in Tel-Aviv in 1996, and was relocated to Beit Yitzhak, a Moshav in Hefer Valley. The winery began as a small family venture but slowly grew into a very successful, highly acclaimed boutique winery. Since the 2006 vintage the winery products are Kosher and in 2007 the wines are also Kosher under the supervision of the “Beit Joseph” organization.
