Happy Canyon is a Santa Barbara Sauvignon Blanc sourced from three different vineyards: Vogelzang (44%), McGinley (45%) and Grassini (11%). One third is fermented in stainless steel, another third in tight grain new French oak and the remainder in neutral French oak. The barrel components were aged on its lees for eight months for texture and mouthfeel.
