Displays varietal aromas of jasmine and blueberry. Sinewy and complex, this medium to full-bodiedwine presents tannins and flavors that elongate in the glass.
The fruit was sorted twice – once before and once after destemming, then cold soaked and fermented in smallstainless steel tanks. Total maceration time was 30 days. Basket pressed and aged for 16 months in French oak(50% new).
