"Chocolate, plum and toasted oak aromas spill out of this dense, ruby-hued wine. Flavors of black cherry, mushroom and a hint of smoky cedar are nicely integrated into the rich palate. The Cabernet Franc and other Bordeaux varieties add intensity and additional layers of complexity. The lingering, medium-full finish is handsomely balanced with fruit, oak and tannin."
