Intense Ruby with garnet reflections, fruity on the nose with hints of berries, dry on the palate... full, rich and harmonious. A very long finish.
The grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and the must is fermented with the skins for apprx. 20 days. The wine matures in oak for 15 months, followed by 3 months in stainless steel and 6 months in the bottle.
