Wine Maker Notes
Cabernet Sauvignon was introduced to the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy in the 1820s and thrives on the rocky soil and hillsides of Grave del Friuli. This complex wine will develop in the bottle for up to five years. The wine boasts an aromatic bouquet of spices, raspberries, and blackberries and is both earthy and herbaceous on the palate. Due Torri Grave Cabernet complements roasted meats and poultry, lamb, sausages, and stews.
