Pale yellow in color and slightly "frizzante”, this Moscato d'Asti has intense aromas of peaches, rose petals and ginger. On the palate it is delicately sweet with modest acidity, good balance and a finish of fresh apricots.
Harvested from 35+ year old vines on the Vietti estate in Castiglione Tinella. Primary fermentation in stainless steel autoclave to preserve some natural CO2. Yeasts are added for a secondary fermentation in bottle.
