Bright violet in color, black cherry scents and a kick of cracked pepper leads to dark fruit flavors and a touch of mocha. Dusty tannins add grip to the finish.
(90% Tempranillo/10% Graciano). The wine is produced using 15% whole cluster maceration. The must undergoes a cold soak prior to fermentation in open-top fermentors, followed by a post-fermentation maceration for seven days. The wine ages for 12-14 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels.
