Tasting Notes Bright, overt and surprisingly bold, this Chardonnay offers up a complex mix of apples, pears, lemons and guavas. The palate is broad, but crisp and lively thanks to the great natural acidity.
Wine Maker Notes To retain the purity of variety and terroir, the fruit was hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, cold fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks. We also avoided full ML to retain natural acidity.
