Tasting Notes This medium-bodied wine wasmatured in French oak and shows spiced plum notes and wild berry fruit flavors. The naturalacids are balanced by soft, approachable tannins.
Technical Notes The fruit was hand-sorted, destemmed, and cold soaked in open top fermentors. Duringfermentation and the post fermentation maceration process, the cap was punched downseveral times a day to extract maximum color and flavor.
