Tropical and citrus aromas framed by a fresh acidity and underpinned by a chalky mineral complexity. The palate is finely textured with gooseberry, subtle lychee and mineral flavors leading to a persistent finish.
(94% Sauvignon Blanc/6% Semillon). Certified organic fruit was hand-picked from the upper terraces of the Home vineyard, supplemented with fruit from the Tatou vineyard and the Raupo Creek vineyard. The wine was fermented using wild yeast for added complexity and texture, and the Semillon and the Sauvignon (10%) were fermented in neutral French barriques.
