A pale yellow with greenish glints. Intense bouquet of flowers. Well balanced with good acidity, body and structure.
(Tocai Friulano Pinot Grigio/Sauvignon/Malvasia Istriana/Ribolla Gialla). Hand-picked and gently pressed, the must is removed from the lees without SO2. The Malvasia, which makes up 20% of the blend, was fermented and aged in neutral barrels. The remainder of the blend was fermented and aged on its lees for eight months in stainless steel prior to blending.
