We received blanc de noir instead of blanc de blanc. It was not as good, but the people at Wine Chateau graciously offered to replace the bottle we had left if we wanted to return it, a great hassle that would have taken a couple of weeks. The wine was not that bad to have to endure the delay.
Aromas of key lime, green apple and honeydew melon.Flavors of citrus, ripe Anjou pear, dried pineapple and it finishes with lingering and balanced acidity.
(100% Chardonnay). Small lots of malolactic and barrel fermented wines are blended and aged on thelees in bottle for two years prior to disgorgement.
