Chateau de Maligny Chablis

Chablis wine is very clear. Fresh and light, very fruity aromas (lemon citrus with dominant) grow easily. After settling, the vinification (fermentation under temperature control) are in tanks fiberglass or stainless steel to preserve its natural character to the wine. In the purest respect for tradition Chablis: no barrel aging, the lens in our winemaking is to preserve the natural character of wine from our land without any foreign contribution.

Areas Durup this Chablis extend over 110 hectares. It is the largest area of ??vineyards of Chablis. This vineyard whose average age is 25 to 30 years is best ribs surrounding the Serein Valley. A good half of the production of this appellation is located in the town of Maligny. It also covers the towns of Villy, Chablis and Beines, mainly on slopes facing south and west.
