Montgras Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah Reserva

Intense purple red.Very complex, where Syrah shows its character, with ripe plums,blueberries and red fresh fruit, like strawberries and raspberries. All framed by elegant toast, chestnut and vanilla, typical of the oak.Generous plum flavours that remain focused and intense right to the end. Nice acidity and well structured.

Deep cherry red.------------------------------------------Ripe aromas of plum and cherry with a hint of vanilla.------------------------------------------Berry, spice and cocoa flavors fill the palate, leading to a soft and supple finish.

Grapes are hand-harvested in April. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After the maceration period, the resulting wine is aged nine months in French and American (65/35) oak barrels.

Perfect match with chicken, seafood, turkey, light pasta entrées and hard cheeses.
