Technical Notes (80º) The first spirit produced at the Old Sugar Distillery, this dry liqueur is made from dark brown, Midwest beetsugar and Wisconsin honey. Named after the US Sugar Company that was based in Madison, it aged in small,lightly charred American oak barrels for approximately 4 months.
