Wine Maker Notes This wine begins with aromas of pineapple and grapefruit, and a hint of toasty oak. The pineapple translates directly to the palate, along with green apple and sweet oak. The minerality character that this wine has become known for runs through the middle, and the finish is nice and clean. I bottled it under screwcap, to keep it fresh and tasting just as it did the day we put it in the bottle.
