Wine Maker Notes
The nose is very complex with layers of aromas of aszu berries, dried apricots, mushrooms, green tee, hazelnut, vanilla, and caramel. It is smooth on the palate with similar flavors carrying through the finish. The high sugar content is counterbalanced by a vibrant and lively acidity. Enjoy on its own or with any number of sweets. Also excellent with foie gras.
