Our ruby red 120 Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant and balanced. Its fruity aroma is dominated by berries, cloves and vanilla while on the palate it delivers a fine concentration of flavor, suggesting juicy ripe fruit, plums, earth notes and leather.
Temperature-controlled vinification, followed by a period of aging. 90% of the wine spends 8 months in stainless steel tanks, with the balance matured in oak barrels prior to blending, bottling and release.
