Tasting Notes Complex aromas of violet, olives, damp earth,leather and chocolate are followed by sweet velvety tannins, fresh acidity and an extended finish.
Technical Notes Syrah clones 174 and 300 were sourced from two parcels planted on a nearly flat plain to deep,colluvial soil. Following a six day cold soak, the must was fermented and the wine aged for 18months in French oak, and 12 months in bottle.
