Technical Notes 100% Tinto Fino, the fruit was sourced from vineyards in Sotillo, Roa, Fuentecen; Fuentemolinos, Pardilla and Fuentelisendo. The juice is fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and wooden casks using natural yeasts. The wine then ages for over 14 months in 50% new and 50% one year old French oak barrels.
