Brilliant ruby red with violet reflections. Intense and persistent, reminiscent of small cherries and almonds. Velvety, good structure with an appealing bitter almond aftertaste and just the right amount of tannins to make it an attractive wine.
Vinification on the skins and maceration with floating cap. Fermented in stainless steel. Automatic pumping over of the must 3 times a day. The wine is racked off before the fermentation process has been carried out completely.
