The intense aroma is of white fruit and in the mouth the flavour is elegant, balanced and long-lasting. We recommend that it is drunk at 12ºC with soft cheese or dessert.
After various experiments in our cellars, our winemakers have released this late harvest wine. We have chosen not to cold-stabilise the wine, so with time, a natural sediment may form in the bottle. The wine is made from grapes, hand picked, with a high sugar concentration which developed as the grapes dried. After settling the must is fermented at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks during six weeks.
