Our debut vintage from the Dry Creek Valley is everything we look for in a Zinfandel: Rich, ripe, balanced, and undeniably Zinfandel. Notes of blackberry, briar, earth, and a subtle framework of oak dominate the bouquet, while black pepper and vibrant, jammy !avors fan out on the palate. "is is a generous and youthful wine that will best reward short term consumption and cellaring.
Fermentation and Aging:Fermented in stainless steel and French oak. The wine was aged for 18 months in 25% new French oak and the remainder in neutral French oak barrels.Alcohol: 14.3%
