Grapes for this noble wine come from carefully selected vines surrounding the unique Dorilli estate, named after the nearby river Dorilli. A blend of 70% Nero d’Avola and 30% Frappato, the wine is ruby red with hints of violet. Aromas of ripe cherry, strawberries, chestnut honey and prickly pear give away to a soft and balanced palate with slight fine tannins.

A versatile wine, ideal with tuna, lamb and medium-aged cheeses.
